Hello all! My name is Wea (pronounced WEE-UH, with a long E sound followed by a short A sound). I am a recent college graduate with a BA in English and an elementary teaching certificate, and am now working towards getting my school librarianship certification. My true life-goal, however, is to one day rule the world with the aide of a council made up of my most trusted friends. Earn my favor, and one day I may grant you a small country to oversee for me. Only a small one, because I've already promised most of the big ones to other people.

I've been reading fics on Luna for a long time, and have now joined on a whim. I've been using this user name to sign occasional reviews, so some of you may recognize it. I'm not much of a fanfic writer, so I don't know if I'll ever post anything. I have a couple small things I wrote in high school that I never did anything with, so they may end up on here if I ever get the motivation to dig them out.

Other information:

I'm an avid anime and manga fan. I'm not going to try to list my favorites, because I know it will take a helluva long time. Unlike many anime fangirls, I'm not really into yaoi, although I have been known to read the occasional yaoi fic if the story sounds particularly interesting. I have nothing against homosexuality, it's just not a genre I've ever been able to get into. Same for yuri.

I enjoy playing video games. I tend to enjoy RPGs, simulation games, and puzzle games best. Two of my favorite series are Ace Attorney and Professor Layton.

I like to crochet. Most of my projects have consisted of small dolls and stuffed animals, but lately I've been trying to branch out into more practical projects, like clothing.

I love animals. I own a white poodle named Gabe (who used to belong to my grandparents). Past pets have included a yorkie/poodle mix named Arrow, a ferret named Ginko, and several fish including two betas named Ferdinand and Captain Jack Sparrow. I'm currently obsessed with giraffes because of Kaku from One Piece. Hee-hee~

I have a special fondness for novelty t-shirts and socks, plushies, Broadway musicals, animated Disney films, and sweets. Especially pocky and Hello Panda cookies.
